Later on he visited GCC’s office and had meeting with Dr. Rafiqul Islam Maruf (Director, GCC) and other officials. In the meeting, he talked about the potentials of recycling polyester wastes of the garment industry in Bangladesh and expressed his willingness to expand GramClean activities into polyester recycling. GCC welcomed this proposal and showed similar interest to work on it in future. Mr. Chiba also attended different events of the Social Business Day this time and met with Prof. Muhammad Yunus for sharing GramClean project updates.
