On March 07, 2018- GCC organized a promotional health camp at Mirpur community to demonstrate its innovative GramHealth: Portable Health Clinic (PHC). GCC team provided free medical health checkup and doctor consultancy for the families living in this apartment. This program served a total of 28 patients of 12 families of whom 9 patients received doctor consultancy support.

The objective of this program was to make conscious about the health of the people living in this apartment and promote preventive healthcare. By this program, some patients got their health status poor but they did not know of it before as they did not go through any checkup in recent past. Most of the resident remarked this as a very useful initiative and expressed a great appreciation for the program. They also expected to have such programs again in future.
