February 11, 2016 – Global Communication Center (GCC) of Grameen Communications and J-Sing Medical Lab (JSM) of Liberia has started working together for ensuring primary healthcare service and awareness building in preventive healthcare way in Liberia under the banner of “GramHealth Liberia Project”. GCC will provide medical consultancy to the patients in Liberia using GramHealth Online System by Bangladeshi doctors through the GCC’s Call Center in Dhaka. The Lead Health Assistant of JSM will attend training from a team of experts of GCC in Dhaka through February 23 to March 01, 2016 who will then lead the local Health Assistants at the patient end in Liberia. GCC Consultant Dr. Kazi Rafiqul Islam Maruf has been coordinating this exciting project which is expected to be expanded covering all 15 counties of Liberia after the pilot phase.
