April 17, 2016 – A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Child Health & ShishuSashthya Foundation Hospital (ICHSSF) Doctors Dr. Md. Fazlul Haque, Professor, Dept. of Pediatrics and Dr. Forhad Monjur, Associate Professor, Dept. of Pathology of Institute and Global Communication Center of Grameen Communications in order to work jointly in a research program to examine the effectiveness of Euglena GENKI Program, carried out by Euglena Co., Ltd. This is to mention that Euglena GENKI program offers Euglena Nutrition Biscuits among the slam children to reduce the malnutrition problem. Therefore, this program will carry out a comparative health checkup in different phases to identify the impact of taking euglena-fortified biscuits on some selected health indicators. Ms. Nazneen Sultana (Managing Director, Grameen Communications) and Dr. Haque have signed the MoU from the respective sides. In the signing ceremony, Dr. Monjur, Dr. Rafiqul Islam Maruf (Director, GCC) and other GCC members were also present.
