Participation Fee:

• Package 1: US$ 575* (Accommodation in Dhaka will be in a Hotel with basic amenities, Close to Grameen Office)
• Package 2: US$ 625* (Accommodation in Dhaka will be in a Good quality Hotel, recommended by Embassy of Japan)

Summary Schedule: 

• Day 0: Arrival (at night) & transfer to Hotel
• Day 1 (Dhaka):
  • Orientation Meeting @ Grameen Complex
  • Visit to Grameen Caledonian College of Nursing
  • Workshop on ‘Basic Understanding of Social Business’ by Yunus Centre
  • Visit to Nobel Peace Prize Exhibition Center
  • Visit to Grameen Check Outlet
•  Day 2 (Village):
  • Visit to Social Business Park (at outskirt of Dhaka)
    • Grameen Distribution: Mosquito net
    • Grameen Fabrics and Fashions
    • Grameen Babylon Limited: Sanitary Napkin Social Business
  • Visit GC Eye Hospital
  • Visit Grameen Danone Foods
• Day 3 (Village):
  • Visit Mohesthanghor (archaeological site)
  • Visit Grameen Shakti Regional Office (Meet Solar Home System & Bio-gas Clients)
  • Visit Grameen Kalyan Health Clinic
•  Day 4 (Village):
  • Visit Grameen Bank Branch/Center Office and Know their Activities (Meet the Borrowers)
  • Visit GramCar: Social Services on Wheels Project’s field activity (a project of GCC)
  • Move to Dhaka
• Day 5 (Dhaka):
  • Visit a School under Euglena GENKI Program
  • Old Dhaka Traditional Tour: Lalbagh Fort
  • Lunch with Old Dhaka Traditional Foods
  • Experience Bangladeshi Lifestyle: Visit Aarong (Handicraft Shopping Mall)
  • Experience Bangladeshi Lifestyle: Visit Jamuna Future Park (Largest Shopping Mall in South-East Asia)
  • End of Program (Leave for Airport/ Hotel)
