On September 21, 2020 – GCC organized a 5-days online Training of Trainers (ToT) program on Portable Health Clinic (PHC) system for Hospital University Malaysia Sabah (HUMS), Malaysia from August 17, 2020. The training was organized by GramHealth: PHC team of Global Communication Center (GCC) at Grameen Bank Complex, Mirpur-2, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The training was objectively designed and delivered in a way in order to provide ToT to HUMS team. It was a 5-days hands-on training covering Healthcare, ICT, Business & Operations to train up 12 staffs from HUMS to enhance service delivery skill in healthcare sector using PHC system.

Major objective of this training was to introduce PHC with the trainees and disseminate and share the knowledge and experiences on PHC service delivery mechanism and software system. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the training was conducted online through Skype. After 5 days of the training, participants shared their opinion and feedback on ToT.

In the closing session two faculty members from Kyushu University also joined and shared their remarks. Finally, the training was successfully completed on August 21, 2020.
