January 07, 2015 – Two representatives from EDOO Inc and KETOY, Japan have visited Grameen Communications office and met with the GC and GCC officials on January 05, 2015 in order to find joint collaboration opportunities. The team consisted of Mr. Hiroto Ihara (Chief Executive Officer, EDOO Inc) and Md. Zulfiqur Hyder (Chief Director, KETOY). Ms. Nazneen Sultana (Managing Director, Grameen Communications), Mr. Hasibul Hasan (General Manager, GC), Dr. Ashir Ahmed (Director, GCC & Associate Professor, Kyushu University, Japan), Dr. Kazi Rafiqul Islam Maruf (Consultant, GCC) and Mr. Ataur Rahman (Senior Manager, GC) joined the meeting from GC and GCC.

Dr. Ashir Ahmed briefly presented the areas of collaboration along with the activities of GCC to the visiting members. The team showed up enormous interest to work together on common interests. GCC looks forward to work with them in near future.

The team visited the office area and learned about the activities of Grameen Communications while having roaming around the training hall, hardware and software units of the office.
